1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

a. The website sk-cars.pl operates under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
b. These Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the website sk-cars.pl, the principles for providing these services, the conditions for entering into and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the procedure for handling complaints.
c. Each User, upon taking actions to use the Electronic Services of the website sk-cars.pl, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
d. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the following regulations apply:
i. The Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
ii. The Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
iii. The Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

2. DEFINITIONS
a. CONTACT FORM – a form available on the website sk-cars.pl that allows the User to contact the Service Provider directly.
b. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - these Terms and Conditions of the website.
c. SERVICE PROVIDER – SK-PREMIUM CARS SP. Z O.O., registered office address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 200 / 136A, 02-486 Warszawa, delivery address: Aleje Jerozolimskie 200 / 136A, 02-486 Warszawa, registered in the entrepreneurs register under KRS number: 0000924980, NIP: 5272972731, REGON: 520123651, with a share capital of 5000, email address:office@sk-cars.pl, phone: 792277777.
d. USER – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by law, using the Electronic Service.
e. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider for the User via the website.
f. NEWSLETTER – An Electronic Service that allows the User to subscribe to and receive free information from the Service Provider to the email address provided by the User.

3. TYPES AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
a. The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the website, such as:
i. using the Contact Form,
ii. subscribing to the Newsletter,
b. The provision of Electronic Services to Users is carried out under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions.

4. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND ENTERING INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
a. The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, point 1 of the Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
b. The period for which the contract is concluded:
i. The contract for the provision of the Electronic Service involving sending a message via the Contact Form is concluded for a specified period and is terminated upon sending the message or ceasing to send it by the User.
ii. The contract for the provision of the Electronic Service involving subscribing to the Newsletter is concluded for an unspecified period.
c. The technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the Service Provider are:
i. a computer with Internet access,
ii. access to email,
iii. a web browser,
iv. enabling Cookies and Javascript in the web browser.
d. The User is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law and good customs, respecting the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
e. The User is required to provide data that is true and accurate.
f. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.

5. CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATING CONTRACTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
a. Termination of the contract for the provision of the Electronic Service:
i. The contract for the provision of continuous and indefinite Electronic Services (e.g., subscribing to the Newsletter) may be terminated.ii. The User may terminate the contract immediately and without giving reasons by sending a relevant statement via email to: office@sk-cars.pl
iii. The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of continuous and indefinite Electronic Services if the User violates the Terms and Conditions, particularly if they provide unlawful content after a previous unsuccessful request to cease violations with a specified deadline. In this case, the contract expires after 7 days from the date of submission of the termination statement (notice period).
iv. Termination leads to the cessation of the legal relationship with effect for the future.
b. The Service Provider and the User may terminate the contract for the provision of the Electronic Service at any time by mutual agreement.

6. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
a. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
i. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the website can be submitted by the User via email to: office@sk-cars.pl
ii. In the above email, the User should provide as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, particularly the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The provided information will significantly facilitate and expedite the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.
iii. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint without delay, no later than within 14 days.
iv. The Service Provider's response to the complaint is sent to the email address provided by the User in the complaint submission or in another manner specified by the User.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. All content posted on the website at sk-cars.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of sk-cars.pl. The User bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of using any content from the sk-cars.pl website without the Service Provider's consent.
b. Any use by anyone, without the explicit written consent of the Service Provider, of any elements comprising the content and materials of the sk-cars.pl website constitutes a violation of the copyright held by the Service Provider and results in civil and criminal liability.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
a. Contracts concluded via the website are governed by Polish law.
b. In case of any inconsistency between any part of the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the challenged provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be replaced by the relevant legal provision.
